November 11, 2025 — Washington, D.C. — The Health Care Transformation Task Force has expanded its membership with the addition of Cigna Healthcare and NueHealth, bringing new perspectives to the organization’s mission to accelerate value-based care across the U.S. health system.

As a nonprofit consortium of leading health care payers, providers, purchasers and patient advocates, the Task Force works collaboratively to advance health care delivery models that prioritize higher quality, better outcomes and cost-effective care. The inclusion of Cigna Healthcare—a major national health insurer—and NueHealth—a company focused on clinically integrated networks and value-based payment solutions—strengthens the Task Force’s leadership and influence in shaping effective transformation strategies.
